Fixed Income Rates and Credit Business Analyst – AVP

Overview

In this role, you will analyse fixed income OTC products and capture business requirements to enable scalable trade capture and processing. You will collaborate with traders, sales, and control teams, guiding end-to-end delivery from analysis to production. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, ensure QA, and support production delivery. The role combines business insight with technical specification and stakeholder communication in a dynamic trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and gather requirements for fixed income OTC trade capture and processing
• Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements through design, construction, testing and implementation
• Coordinate with PMs and business partners to maintain clear communication
• Plan and deliver best-practice solutions for cross-asset initiatives
• Provide user support and operate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollouts

Key requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Investment Banking
• Ability to drive functionality from analysis to production
• Proven track record of delivering successful project outcomes
• Strong communication with FO Traders and Business Managers
• Ability to translate business requirements into precise functional specifications
• Diplomatic and analytical mindset; capable of managing complex issues and balancing needs
• Strong teamwork orientation and focus on quality; effective time management
