Principal C# Developer .Net AWS – FinTech

Overview

In this Principal C# Developer role, you will design and build scalable solutions on the Microsoft stack, following SOLID principles. You’ll work with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver features and drive best practices. You’ll spearhead AI adoption initiatives, exploring chatbots and AI-driven process improvements. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll gain visibility and influence across the business within a growing FinTech scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build highly performant, scalable solutions using Microsoft tech stack
• Promote best practices and ensure on-time delivery in Agile sprint cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Drive AI adoption, exploring chatbots and AI-driven improvements
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to strategic technical decisions
• Collaborate with CTO and influence architectural direction

Key requirements

• Strong C# backend development skills
• Python coding skills (preferred)
• Good knowledge of AWS
• Experience with highly scalable systems
• Strong CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns)
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning abilities
• Business acumen and advanced communication / stakeholder management skills
