Overview

In this role you will lead delivery across Agile squads within a leading investment manager undergoing a major transformation. You will drive execution, align business and tech stakeholders, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and to quality. You’ll focus on removing blockers, improving delivery processes, and reporting progress to leadership. Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional squads (Scrum / Agile)
• Own planning, prioritisation, dependencies, and roadmaps
• Track and manage risks, issues, and escalations
• Ensure delivery meets agreed quality and acceptance criteria
• Align stakeholders across business, product, and engineering
• Remove blockers and enable high-performing teams
• Drive reporting, transparency, and continuous improvement

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ delivery experience in tech, digital, or transformation roles
• Strong Agile / Scrum delivery background
• Experience managing plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders
• Track record of delivering outcomes on time and within constraints
• Experience with Jira and Agile governance (desirable)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
