Analytics Lead-UK/Emerging

Overview

In this individual contributor role, you partner with regional sales leaders to enable data-driven decisions across UK and Emerging markets. You will deliver regional performance insights and diagnostics, shaping how sales operate and execute. The role combines hands-on analytics with go-to-market strategy, using data to drive efficiency and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to produce actionable guidance for leadership reviews and regional planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic regional performance insights across bulk deals, organic growth, and partner activities
• Analyze pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and deal velocity using Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake
• Support regional leadership with coverage, segmentation, and quota planning through scenario modelling
• Develop analytical models and deep-dive reports for weekly and quarterly business reviews
• Collaborate with the GM of Sales Analytics and global analytics teams to maintain a consistent analytics roadmap
• Act as a trusted analytics partner to regional sales leaders to enable faster, more confident decisions

Key requirements

• SQL mastery for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience delivering interactive dashboards and diagnostic reports with Tableau or similar BI tools
• Commercial mindset with understanding of SaaS business models, sales methods, and performance metrics
• Ability to tell data stories and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Aptitude for applying statistical methods or data science techniques to forecast accuracy and growth opportunities
• Collaborative mindset to work with Finance, Marketing, and Product teams
