Overview

In this role you will steer international treasury operations from London, ensuring robust cash management and liquidity for a global footprint. You will collaborate with Tax, Accounting, FP&A and Legal to optimize cash repatriation, intercompany funding and treasury controls. You’ll lead bank account management, cash forecasting, and treasury system enhancements to support growth, mergers and regulatory compliance. The position offers visibility in shaping treasury practices across international subsidiaries within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead international cash repatriation and subsidiary funding efforts
  • Oversee global bank account management, signers and entitlements
  • Manage and improve treasury controls, investments and counterparty risk
  • Coordinate international cash forecasting to maintain liquidity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align cash practices with regulatory requirements and internal controls
  • Administer global bank accounts and cash pools
  • Drive improvements in treasury and working capital at international subsidiaries
  • Support treasury-related M&A, tax projects and product changes
  • Ensure SOX/compliance and policy adherence for treasury activities
  • Provide visibility of cash position and cash flow by business unit for international zones
  • Lead or advise on strategic projects and transformations
  • Map and integrate international treasury processes to achieve synergies
  • Develop cross-finance partnerships to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Oversee working capital structures for international AR/AP financing
  • Maintain banking relationships with global credit partners
  • Leverage technology to automate and improve processes
  • Establish and monitor minimum cash policy across business units
  • Manage over $1B in intercompany loans

Key requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Treasury or finance designations desirable (ACT/CTP, CPA/CIMA or CFA)
  • Experience with a Treasury Management System (preferably Kyriba)
  • Extensive knowledge of treasury payments
  • Strong controls environment oversight for complex countries
  • Ability to navigate fast-changing, emerging markets environments
  • Proven cross-functional influence under tight deadlines
  • Proficient Excel and strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfort with fast-paced dynamic settings and shifting priorities
