Overview

In this Engagement Manager role, you lead complex AWS-based cloud migration programs, aligning business goals with technical solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to balance scope, schedule, and quality while driving customer outcomes. You apply AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Frameworks to guide trade-offs on performance, security, and scalability. You’ll communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences and mentor teams to deliver impactful cloud transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and transformation programs from inception to completion
• Ensure delivery of program outcomes within time, budget, and quality constraints
• Develop and execute strategic program plans, adapting to evolving objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams at all levels
• Chair executive-level meetings, drive decisions, and escalate program risks and issues
• Establish governance, structure, and communication plans for programs
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of project managers and technical specialists
• Ensure security, regulatory, and governance compliance across all workstreams

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences
• Experience coordinating and leading large-scale Digital or Global IT Transformation initiatives
• Experience leading engagements using Agile at scale delivery frameworks and project management toolsets
• Experience with cloud computing
• Experience developing customer-facing presentations
