Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Aerospace & Defense Lean Innovator

GKN Aerospace is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team at the Luton site. You will lead production planning from concept to production and design high-capability processes using ZDM and APQP core tools.

Based in Luton with occasional travel to supplier locations, you will manage documentation, process improvements and MRB support. The role requires hands-on collaboration across departments to improve manufacturing performance.
