MRICS Building Surveyor — Tenant Fit-Outs & Refurb

Madison Berkeley is seeking an MRICS Building Surveyor to join its central London portfolio. You will manage day-to-day building and tenant matters, lead inspections, dilapidations, and planned maintenance, and prepare specifications and tenders.

Applicants should have at least 5 years post-qualification experience, a practical, commercially minded approach, and be able to work autonomously. Both permanent and fixed-term contracts, with full-time or part-time options, are available.
