Customer Service Administrator
to join a busy logistics operation based in
Banbury, OX16 .
TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who is looking for a role with long term potential.
You will be working closely with customers, transport teams, couriers and other departments across the site, helping to make sure the day to day operation runs smoothly.
Working Hours and pay :
Monday to Friday08:00 to 16:00
Pay Rate
£13.44 per hour
What Will You Be Doing?
Providing customer service support to clients on siteCommunicating with customers, retailers, transport teams and couriersDealing with late or undelivered outbound loadsInvestigating stock and order queriesCompleting reports and updating spreadsheetsSourcing and providing PODs when requiredCommunicating with different departments across the siteProviding general administrative supportWorking with internal systems and WMSHelping to ensure customer requirements and service levels are met
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with people and comfortable working in a busy office environment.
You will ideally have:
Previous customer service or administration experienceGood Microsoft Office skillsStrong communication and organisational skillsGood attention to detailAbility to manage your workload and meet deadlinesConfidence working in a busy and demanding environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA flexible and positive approach to workPrevious WMS experience would be an advantage
