Location: Peterborough HQ
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 + uncapped commission
OTE: £45,000£65,000+ Bonuses: Ticket sales commission + attendance override bonuses

We are now hiring Call Centre agent to join our high-energy outbound sales team, selling £97 Discovery Day business training events. This is a full end-to-end sales role you will book your own clients, manage them through the journey, and close face-to-face sales on the day of the event.

What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
- Convert business owners into Discovery Day attendees
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Use structured follow-up and objection-handling frameworks
- Track KPIs daily and work to clear targets
- Deliver professional, confident calls every time
- Meet clients face-to-face and close sales on event days
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years outbound phone sales experience
- Proven track record of closing sales
- Strong pipeline and follow-up management skills
- Experience working to high call volumes and clear KPIs
- Confidence, energy, and resilience
- Strong objection-handling and communication skills
- A competitive, results-driven mindset
This Role Is NOT For
- Inbound-only salespeople
- Appointment setters with no closing experience
- Anyone uncomfortable with targets or call volume
- People who do not want face-to-face sales responsibility
