Overview

In this role you will support large-scale HR transformation and workforce optimization for European markets, applying deep knowledge of local labor regulations to ensure compliant HR processes. You will collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions, driving process improvements and standardized capabilities across cross-border initiatives. You’ll engage stakeholders, document current and future processes, and help deploy HR tech solutions that enable compliant, efficient employee lifecycle management. This opportunity lets you shape how European organizations manage people, regulations, and operations in a global enterprise context.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current-state HR and workforce processes and document them clearly
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from HR, Operations, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to identify improvement opportunities
  • Create business process maps, requirements documents, user stories, and functional specs
  • Provide SME guidance on country-specific labor regulations and employment practices
  • Advise on onboarding/offboarding, time and attendance, leave, scheduling, lifecycle management, and collective bargaining considerations
  • Support HR transformation programs and align requirements with solution capabilities
  • Assist with process harmonization while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Participate in testing, training, and deployment activities
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders, HR leadership, tech teams, and external partners
  • Present findings and updates to senior management
  • Support cross-functional and multinational project teams

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field
  • 5+ years in Business Analysis, HR Consulting, Workforce Consulting, or HR Operations
  • Expertise in labor laws and HR processes within at least one European country
  • Experience documenting requirements, process maps, and business cases
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
