We are on the lookout for a sh*t hot Midweight Graphic Designer to join our team here at Milk & Tweed.
You will love designing for all different types of businesses and collaborating with other designers to produce beautiful work. You will be equally at home coming up with creative concepts for branding projects, as you are getting your head down into big chunky documents. We have a good mix of project work and retainer clients, so you’ll not only have a great chance to design and create brands for businesses, but also to continue those partnerships and watch them grow.
We are looking for someone to become not only an important part of the design team, but to also make a real impact at Milk & Tweed. To continue making sure every design project is delivered to the highest of standards, whilst growing with Milk & Tweed and helping us on our journey to the next level.

And we have a fascinating wide range of customers from all sectors and different sizes, all across the UK. Our recent growth, excellent customer retention and ever growing customer base means we are on the lookout for another member to join our growing team.
Our studio is based in the centre of Chippenham, Wiltshire – right next to the train station. Filled with energy and creativity, our studio is our home, and it is a hub of collaboration and positivity. We would like this to be a full-time role based onsite in our Chippenham, Wiltshire office.
About you
- You will have 3-5+ years experience.
- Love bringing smart ideas and strong design execution to briefs, with flair and pride.
- Consistently deliver accurate, polished work to agreed deadlines.
- Enjoy thinking about why design decisions matter, connecting creativity with client goals and brand strategy.
- Help juniors improve, share learnings and support seniors in shaping creative direction.
- Support client communication where needed, with clarity and confidence.
- Super organised, love smashing through your tasks and getting them ticked off.
- You will love all things design, and love coming up with creative ideas and solutions to answer brand/logo briefs and problems.
- You will have excellent attention to detail and have a passion for pixel perfect design.
- You will be great at managing your time and your own tasks/projects, as well as getting input from clients and the wider team as and when you need.
- You will be positive, enthusiastic, a big team player, ambitious to grow and progress yourself as well as our business.
- You will want to learn, develop new skills and improve your design craft and knowledge.

- £28k – £32k+ salary depending on experience.
