We’re hiring a Youth Development Mentor to join our Bright Futures team.
This role is about building trusted, one-to-one mentoring relationships with young Gypsy and Traveller men aged 15-25, helping them grow in confidence, build key skills, and find realistic pathways into education, training and employment.
It’s an exciting time to join us. Thanks to recent National Lottery funding, we’re growing the programme and this role will help shape what comes next.
We’re looking for someone patient, non-judgemental and genuinely committed to making a difference in young people’s lives. You don’t need to tick every box – if you feel you have what it takes, we’d love to hear from you.
