n Your new role
n As a Senior Associate within the Real Estate team, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters while supporting partners and senior colleagues on strategic projects and business development initiatives.n The role will involve advising on:

- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Development and regeneration projects
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Asset management transactions
- Major land sales
- Property-related matters across the healthcare, public and private sectors

n You will work closely with clients on significant developments, including major infrastructure, healthcare and regeneration projects, while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

n What you'll need to succeedn
n
- n
- Significant experience handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters
- Strong technical expertise in commercial property law
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to legal advice
- The ability to manage matters autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience advising healthcare sector clients would be advantageous but is not essential
