Catering Assistant: Kitchen & Food Service Expert

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking a Catering Assistant to join the Food and Beverage team at Campus West Entertainment. The role involves preparing all dishes to the highest standard while maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, with a 37-hour week on a two-week rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will have experience in menu preparation and kitchen operations, and hold NVQ Level 2 in Catering or Hospitality or equivalent.
