Customer Service Representative
to support the day-to-day processing of
visa applications and renewals . You’ll be the first point of contact for applicants, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience throughout their visit.What You’ll Be DoingGreeting and assisting customers throughout the application processSupporting applicants with completing and checking formsCollecting biometric data and required documentationFollowing structured administrative and filing proceduresUsing a computer-based system to guide workflowHandling customer queries and complaints with diplomacy and confidenceWhat We’re Looking ForYou’ll thrive in this role if you have:Proven experience in a
