Customer Consultant – Financial Wellbeing Support

Orbit Credit Services in Telford is recruiting Call Centre Agents for a start date of 2 November 2026. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls with empathy to support customers on their path to financial wellbeing.

You’ll work on a rotational shift pattern with 37.5 or 40 hours, receive 3 weeks training with an L&D Trainer, and enjoy 31 days holiday pro rata including bank holidays. Office based in Telford with regular team activities.
