Soldering Technicians will be responsible for performing precision soldering and assembly of electronic components in accordance with manufacturing standards, work instructions and quality requirements.

• Soldering & Assembly
• Hand solder wires, connectors, and terminals
• Operate soldering irons
• Install and secure components per technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610)
• Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures
