The council is looking for an experienced Planning Enforcement Officer to manage a caseload of planning enforcement investigations, prepare expediency reports, and draft enforcement notices where appropriate.

Role Specific

• 1 day per week in the office
• 37 hours per week
• Hourly rate – approx. £35-40per hour
• Local Authority experience.
• Experience in dealing planning investigations.

Carrington West Pay Rate – up to £40ph
