Interim Director, Cyber Security & Security Engineering

Mentmore is seeking a Director of Cyber Security / Head of Security Engineering / Deputy CISO (Interim) to lead a federated security function across multiple regions. You will shape architecture, governance and services, deputise for the CISO during absences, and drive a transformation journey for a distributed engineering team.

You will oversee security platforms, vendor relationships and culture initiatives, while delivering risk‑aware, compliant security programs across the business.
