London A&D Spec Sales Lead – Premium Bathrooms

CPJ Recruitment is seeking an A&D specification sales manager to own the London territory for a premium bathroom brand. You will influence architects and designers, manage opportunities from concept through to tender, and drive high-value specifications on major hospitality, commercial and public-sector projects.

The package includes circa £60,000 basic salary plus £12,000–£18,000 realistic OTE, uncapped commission, a high-spec hybrid company car, 25 days annual leave and a stakeholder pension.
