Onsite Customer Service & Facilities Associate (Factory)

Mason’s Meats is seeking an onsite Customer Service & Facilities Assistant at our Crowborough jerky factory. You will manage day-to-day online customer service, handle goods in/out, and support Production and Logistics. Strong written English, calm, clear communication and hands-on approach are essential.

You’ll work across inbox, warehouse and factory tasks with a small, fast-paced team. On-the-job training and development opportunities are available.
