Brompton Bicycle is seeking a Customer Service Workshop Lead to coordinate daily workshop work, maintain high technical standards and deliver a consistent customer experience. You will support mechanics, carry out servicing, and help drive quality, safety and continuous improvement in a busy workshop.

You will lead, develop and coach the team, manage priorities and attend to warranty and rework activities while upholding Brompton’s reputation for excellence in servicing and craftsmanship.
