Chief Identity & Access Security Leader

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Head of Secure Access & Trust to define and lead the organisation’s IAM and Zero Trust strategy, ensuring secure, scalable access for people, devices, applications and AI agents. You will govern identity lifecycle, access controls and platform services across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will collaborate with CTO, CISO and engineering leaders to strengthen security posture while enabling business growth, resilience and secure delivery.
