Head of New Build Construction — Lead Multi‑Million Projects

Blaymires Recruitment is recruiting for a Head of Construction to lead and grow the new build department for a Ferndown-based contractor. You will mobilise and deliver multi-million-pound projects, drive safety and quality, and manage budgets, programmes and subcontractor relationships.

The role requires a track record in commercial new build delivery, strong leadership and communication, and full UK driving licence with South-area travel. A degree and professional accreditation are desirable.
