Tills & Customer Service Team Leader – Daytime Hours

Yorkshire Garden Centres in Otley is seeking a Tills & Customer Services Team Leader to deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role involves leading a band of colleagues on the tills and customer service desk, driving performance, and ensuring smooth cash handling in a friendly retail environment.

You will respond to customer inquiries across channels, manage stock and merchandising, and support the wider team while deputising for the Department Manager when needed.
