Automotive Service Advisor — Customer Care & Upsell

Evans Halshaw Falkirk Vauxhall is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the trusted link between customers and the workshop. You will guide service journeys, promote health checks, and upsell service care plans while maintaining excellent customer care and aftersales performance.

You’ll work with a supportive team to maximise revenue through VHCs, service plans, and timely repairs, balancing KPIs with a high standard of customer experience.
