UKAS-accredited ISO 17025 quality management system , with full training provided where required.The Role
As a Systems Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include:Maintaining and improving quality-related documentation and recordsManaging calibration certificates, equipment maintenance records, certificates of conformity and standard reference materialsSupporting gap analysis, software validations and spreadsheet validationsPerforming calibrations, drift analysis and risk assessmentsSupporting witnessed assessments and uncertainty of measurement budgetsManaging check testing and trial participationSupporting annual UKAS audits, including organising auditors and coordinating evidence for improvement actionsCoordinating ISO 17025 accreditation schedule extensions where applicableAssisting with the creation and maintenance of standard operating proceduresWorking alongside the Health, Safety & Environmental Manager and senior business area managers to ensure health & safety requirements are metMaintaining personal training and competency recordsPurchasing and verifying standard materialsCompleting COSHH records where requiredWorking to agreed deadlines while responding effectively to changing prioritiesAbout You
We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and an interest in quality systems and technical compliance.Essential requirements:A-levels or equivalent, including MathematicsPrevious experience working within a quality environmentExcellent accuracy and attention to detailHighly motivated, reliable and flexible in responding to changing deadlines and prioritiesAbility to follow instructions and procedures accuratelyAble to work independently and in an organised mannerStrong written and verbal communication skillsEffective time-management skillsGood Microsoft Office skillsStrong teamworking abilitiesUnderstanding of the importance of working within a quality systemGood problem-solving skillsDesirable:Experience implementing or maintaining quality management systems such as
