Overview

In this role you will lead a global transactions team and shape the direction of a substantial international real estate portfolio. You will drive cross-border deal execution, portfolio optimisation and strategic real estate initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders to unlock value. The position combines strategic influence with hands-on negotiation and governance, offering high visibility and meaningful impact on growth and transformation. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on leading people and delivering value across EU/EMEA and Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and inspire an international transactions team across Europe and Asia
  • Originate, structure, negotiate and execute complex real estate acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic investments
  • Drive portfolio optimisation initiatives and support long-term real estate strategy
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities that enhance asset performance and create sustainable value
  • Provide strategic insights on market trends, investment opportunities and portfolio priorities across geographies
  • Build compelling business cases and lead transactions through governance and approval processes
  • Manage external advisers, investors, developers, occupiers and capital partners to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Enhance governance frameworks and operating models to support future growth and collaboration
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, simplifying complex real estate issues and influencing decision-making
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous development across the team

Key requirements

  • Significant experience leading high-value real estate acquisitions, disposals and investments across EU/EMEA
  • Deep understanding of investment strategy, valuation, financial analysis and transaction structuring
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders within complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong international real estate network and broad market dynamics knowledge
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Demonstrable success in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Exceptional influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience driving organisational change or operating model development would be advantageous
