Lead Automation Engineer — Drive Reliability & PMs

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Lead Automation Engineer for an on-site role at our Buckinghamshire automated manufacturing site. You will take ownership of electrical breakdowns, automation faults, and routine inspections while driving reliability improvements.

The role is roughly 80% electrical and 20% mechanical, with some facilities maintenance. You will lead on-shift engineers, provide hands-on technical support, and contribute to continuous improvement.
