Principal Software Engineer — Java/Scala/.NET | AI-Driven FinTech

Morgan Stanley in London is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to own the design, development and deployment of the Corporate Credit Derivative technology platform. You will work with trading, strats and COO, translating business needs into robust software and delivering capabilities with a focus on performance, stability and faster time-to-market.

You will lead technically across global teams, mentor developers and leverage Frontier/Agentic AI tools to innovate and guide the ecosystem.
