End-of-Contract Support Specialist

Ayvens Group is recruiting an End of Contract Customer Support Assistant in Bristol on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will handle contract amendments, answer queries and support frontline teams to ensure issues are resolved accurately and on time.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business, developing product knowledge and owning cases from start to finish while delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment.
