Social Care Support Officer: Empowering Independent Living

Lancashire County Council’s Adult Social Care service is seeking a Social Care Support Officer to help deliver Living Better Lives, the new strengths-based vision for adult social care. You will work across neighbourhoods, hospital and specialist settings, partnering with people, families and carers to help them live independently in a place they call home.
