Customer Care & Supply Chain Specialist – Remote Fridays

Sabert UK, a leading provider of sustainable food packaging, is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join the Supply Chain team. You will manage the order cycle, assist with invoicing and payments, and provide product information to customers while resolving issues promptly.

You will maintain customer data in SAP, coordinate international shipments, and liaise with Sales. The role is full-time with 36 hours per week and some Fridays from home, requiring a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
