Hands-on Infrastructure Engineer: Triage & Lab Tests

Talent Smart Limited is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to investigate and resolve hardware, software and infrastructure issues across a mixed Windows, networking and peripheral environment. The role requires triage of complex technical issues, the establishment of test labs and facilitation of technical workshops to identify root causes and drive effective resolutions.
