Freelance Senior Design Manager – Public Sector BIM Lead

O’Neill and Brennan is seeking a Senior Design Manager for a freelance 6-12 month engagement, based at our Kent office on public sector projects including education, health and custodial.

You will join the pre-construction team to drive design management from conception through to site delivery, with a strong emphasis on BIM Level 2 and digital design processes. The role requires around 10 years as a Design Manager and delivering projects over £50m in value.
