Technical Delivery Manager – DV Cleared

Overview

In this role you will drive the delivery of mission-critical software within a high-security defence context. You will lead agile delivery across multiple engineering workstreams, aligning architecture with product goals and reporting progress to stakeholders. You will remove blockers and ensure delivery adheres to strict security and compliance standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain velocity and deliver high-impact, cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile delivery across multiple engineering workstreams and manage sprint ceremonies
• Translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps and deliverable epics with architects
• Act as primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, with clear progress reporting
• Identify and remove blockers to sustain engineering velocity
• Ensure delivery aligns with defence security standards, compliance, and robust software practices

Key requirements

• Proven delivery track record in complex, high-security or defence environments
• Strong Agile background (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Technical literacy to engage with cloud/data architects (AWS/Azure/Kubernetes/Python)
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders
• Active DV clearance and Sole UK National status
