Senior IAM Security Lead Engineer (Hybrid UK)

Bupa is seeking an experienced Lead Cyber Security Engineer to drive design, implementation and operation of IAM across BG IUK. You will lead integration of IGA/PAM/EIM with AD, Entra ID and cloud services, while guiding a high-performing IAM engineering team.

Responsibilities include automation, audit support, incident response, and promoting a security-first culture across IT, Security, HR and business units.
