Overview
In this role you will advise on regulatory and litigation matters for the tech sector within a US law firm environment. You will handle tech-focused investigations and litigation, and navigate platform regulation and content moderation issues. You will work on UK and EU regulatory frameworks, including online safety and AI acts, with enforcement considerations from Ofcom and the European Commission. This position offers exposure to a broad, high-caliber practice and clear progression in a dynamic, international setting. Responsibilities
- Provide regulatory and litigation guidance to technology sector clients
- Conduct tech-based investigations and litigation
- Advise on platform regulation and content moderation
- Work with UK Online Safety Act, EU AI Act, and EU Digital Services Act
- Monitor Ofcom and European Commission enforcement actions
- Address global online safety and AI regulation developments
Key requirements
- Must have experience with EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act and UK Online Safety Act
- Tech-focused regulatory and litigation experience gained in London with a US or leading law firm
- Strong academic credentials
- 2-5 PQE
