Ottolenghi Edinburgh is opening as Scotland’s first Ottolenghi restaurant, seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You will take ownership of your section, cook to Ottolenghi standards, and mentor junior staff while upholding food safety and hygiene.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on fresh, seasonal produce and sustainability. Prior experience in a quality kitchen and a passion for culinary craft are essential.
