The General Manager role is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operationalmanagement of the business, reporting directly to the Operational Board.
The position is to assume responsibility for the company’s daily operations,implementation of strategy, team leadership, and overall business performance,allowing the Executive Chair to step back from operational involvement and focus solely on governance, oversight, and broader strategic leadership in their capacity as Chair.
The Board is a hands-on Operation Board with each member being responsible for areas of Operations.
Registration for new signings, dual registered or loan players would come under theremit of the General Manager whilst reporting to RFL on items such as Half Year Return, Full Year Return, Salary Cap would be undertaken by the General Manager and Signed-Off by a Member of the Board.
