BMS Service Manager — Lead Team & Service Delivery

SER Limited, London-based BMS specialist, is seeking a BMS Service Manager to lead and develop the service department. You will oversee service delivery, lead engineers, maintain client relationships and ensure commercial performance of the service function.

The role combines hands-on operational leadership with process improvement and growth of the service division, including setting standards, resources, and driving efficiency while coordinating travel to the Colchester office as required.
