Senior Salesforce Developer

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives within a fast-growing FinTech start-up. You’ll work autonomously to understand business problems, design solutions, and deliver high-impact development using Salesforce. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, challenge strategy when needed, and help shape the product and processes. The position combines hands-on development with technical leadership, in a hybrid London-based environment with equity considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Act independently to understand business needs, propose solutions, and drive implementation
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders to translate business problems into technical improvements
• Challenge product strategy and process enhancements when appropriate
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions

Key requirements

• Strong Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC)
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal hand-holding
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce consulting background is highly desirable
• Interest or exposure to Omnistudio is desirable
• Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential
