This is a varied and rewarding role that combines cleaning, caretaking, and supervisory duties, offering no two days the same. You’ll work across a designated area and the surrounding locations, providing cover when team members are unavailable and offering support across North Yorkshire when required. Travel time is fully paid from the moment you leave home until you return at the end of your shift, and a company vehicle is provided with all fuel and running costs covered.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and caretaking duties, including opening and closing buildings. Carrying out minor repairs and ensuring sites are safe and presentable. Visiting sites during mornings and evenings as required. Providing cover at short notice to maintain service continuity. Deep-cleaning school sites during school holidays, including floor scrubbing and carpet cleaning.
