Care Assistant – Cheltenham

We are looking for EXPERIENCED –AND– NEW CARERS to join our expanding team to support our clients (adults) to live independently in their own homes across Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

Your Role

• Decide to work full or part-time.
• Visit clients in their homes in and around Cheltenham, usually for 30 minutes, up to 2 hours at a time.
• Deliver personal support to them, such as meal prep, light domestic cleaning, medication support, grooming and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
• Help them to live independently at home instead of having to move to a care home
• Maintain safety and comfort at home for them
• Occasionally, provide shopping and Dr appointment assistance
• Most clients are elderly
• Work as part of a care team, supported by a full-time office (some appointments are two carers at a time)

What We’re Looking For

• Caring, patient, and dependable individuals
• Based in or around Cheltenham
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Required)
• Legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
• Availability for mornings, evenings, and/or weekends (fix around your availability)
