Senior Legal Counsel, Markets – Equity Derivatives

State Street in London is seeking a qualified solicitor or barrister to join the Markets legal team. The role focuses on equity derivatives within Prime Services, with involvement across Financing Solutions and cross-border matters in a post-Brexit environment.

You will draft and negotiate complex documentation, advise on regulatory issues including MiFID, EMIR and SFTR, and collaborate with global colleagues to onboard clients. Hybrid work: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.
