Mac Desktop Support Engineer – Onsite Cambridge

VIQU IT in Cambridge is seeking a Mac-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our client’s IT team on an initial 3-month contract, 5 days onsite. The role is predominantly Mac (about 90%) with some Windows support.

You will provide 1st/2nd line desktop support for Mac users, manage tickets, set up new users and hardware, and support onboarding and offboarding, access management and general IT requests. Onsite, customer-facing service.
