Construction Estimator: Tendering, Takeoffs & Value Engineering

Mitchell Maguire Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Estimator – Construction for a role based in Lancashire with office-based work. You will oversee a broad range of new build construction and refurbishment tenders, leading end-to-end processes from take-offs to handover and engaging with clients to support bids.

The ideal candidate will have strong estimating experience in construction, be highly organised, a team player and proficient with Microsoft Office.
