I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for a HR Business Partner.This is a hands-on, commercially focused HR role where you’ll work closely with operational leaders to deliver great people outcomes, provide pragmatic HR advice and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture.Key responsibilities:Partner with operational managers and leaders, providing trusted and commercially focused HR adviceProvide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, absence, employee relations and offboardingCoach and support managers to confidently manage people-related issuesLead and support employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence managementUse people data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actionSupport organisational change, restructures and other people projectsWork collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver people initiatives and improve the employee experienceEnsure HR policies and practices are consistentThe ideal candidate for this role is an experienced HR generalist who is confident operating in a fast-paced, commercial environment.If this role sounds of interest please send your CV for immediate consideration.
