We are looking for a General Manager to be the lead in driving the commercial and operational success of this exciting campus.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be on‑site, leading the team that keeps Mill Yard running seamlessly – from day‑to‑day operations and health & safety to service charge budgets and major CAPEX projects. You’ll build real relationships with occupiers, understanding their needs. You’ll lead and inspire the on‑site team, work hand‑in‑hand with the surveying, sustainability and accounts teams and report directly to the client.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have strong management experience in a high‑profile Grade A office environment
- Have mobilised a building from pre‑completion through to smooth business‑as‑usual operation
- Lead with genuine care for customer experience not just SLAs and KPIs
- Are commercially sharp, comfortable owning service charge budgets and CAPEX delivery
- Excellent communication skills, building trust at every level
- Bring resilience, accountability, and a calm head under pressure
